Job description
ORC is seeking a Right of Way Divisional Director in Texas. The role is remote with Texas residency required, offering full-time exempt employment, with travel up to 25% within the state.
You will lead ROW delivery for public sector projects, ensure Uniform Act compliance, and mentor Program, Client, and Project Managers. Expect ownership of revenue, margins, staffing, and client health, plus key relationships with DOTs and agencies.
