Job description
Senior Manager, Polling & Analytics
The Senior Manager, Polling & Analytics will be responsible for helping manage a robust public opinion research and analytics pipeline for Navigator Research, a campaign incubated within The Hub Project that conducts quantitative and qualitative research designed to act as a consistent, flexible, responsive tool to inform policy debates for audiences including progressive advocates, elected leaders, and the press. We are looking for someone who follows trends in political public opinion and has experience supporting and operationalizing each phase of the research lifecycle, including survey questionnaires, qualitative discussion guides, and final written and graphical presentations.
This person will report directly to the Director of Polling & Analytics, and work with a polling & analytics team, and this position will be responsible for supervising the work of an intern and/or an Associate.
This position will also work closely with Navigator Research's strategic communications team with responsibilities including working with the Navigator Research team on all phases of quantitative and qualitative research lifecycle on projects (including questionnaire design, discussion guides, sample design, field management, data analysis), participating in both written and graphical reporting for both Navigator Research products and other public opinion research projects, and being an occasional spokesperson on behalf of Navigator Research to partners, elected officials, the media, and to internal stakeholders.
