The Red Cross is recruiting a Donor Center Phlebotomist/Customer Service in New Hartford - Training ProvidedThe Workforce Development Board, Herkimer, Madison, and Oneida Counties, Inc. (WDB HMO), DBA Working Solutions, is part of the Public Workforce System, a network of federal, state, and local offices that support economic expansion and develop the talent of the nation's workforce. "WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD" Key Responsibilities: Take the time to personally connect with donors – listen to their stories and help them understand how impactful their donation is.Collaborate with your teammates to create a welcoming and friendly environment so our volunteer donors feel comfortable coming back again and again.Be detail oriented all day, every day.
