Job description
Howe-Lewis International is seeking a Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead fundraising strategies and manage a development team. The CDO will be instrumental in enhancing the culture of philanthropy within the Manhattan Theatre Club, fostering relationships with major donors, and ensuring the organization meets its financial goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep appreciation for theater, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in securing major gifts. The position offers an annual compensation range of $200,000-$275,000 based on experience and additional benefits.
