Job description
The Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) is seeking an Active Treatment Facilitator to assist with client goals and recovery plans under a Registered Nurse supervision. You will provide therapeutic activities on the unit and assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and room upkeep.
You will lead group sessions, implement treatment plans, document progress, and participate in crises to support individuals with disabilities within a psychiatric setting.
