Job description
Guardian Recovery is seeking a Group Facilitator to plan and lead therapeutic group sessions within outpatient and partial hospitalization programs at Princeton Detox and Recovery Center LLC, Monmouth Junction, NJ. The role requires a Master’s degree and prior group-facilitation experience.
You will foster a safe, inclusive environment, guide sessions, and collaborate with the treatment team to integrate group therapy with individual plans, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
