Job description
The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Milieu Director to lead therapeutic milieu programming for the COVE School, supervise Behavior Support Staff and School Campus Coordinator, and ensure safety and quality of care for residents.
You will train staff, draft procedures, manage emergencies, and collaborate with senior leaders to maintain a strong, caring, and compliant residential environment.
