Job description
Capable is seeking a driven leader to originate and lead new therapeutic programs from concept through early validation in San Francisco. You will identify ambitious opportunities, define targets, modalities, assays, biomarkers, budgets, timelines, and kill criteria, with up to $1M initial validation funds.
You will collaborate across scientific teams, evaluate literature and data, and own program progress and resource decisions while staying close to experiments.
