The Therpist's primry responsibility is to provie inivil n/or coples/reltionship/fmily therpy services. The Therpist is expecte to work inepenently n estblish goo client retention. Client Cre n Therpy Sessions
Conct minimm of 24 therpy sessions per week, nless otherwise iscsse (expecttion pon reching fll cselo).
Fcilitte inivil therpy sessions, sing evience-bse pproches tilore to ech client's niqe nees n gols.
Conct comprehensive ssessments n crete personlize tretment plns tht ress clients' mentl helth chllenges.
Offer sfe, stigm-free environment for clients to explore their thoghts, emotions, n life experiences.
Tretment Plnning n Intervention
Collborte with clients to set relistic, chievble tretment gols, n monitor progress over time.
tilize rnge of therpetic molities, sch s CBT, BT, EMR, minflness prctices, n psychoection, to provie effective tretment.
Reglrly evlte n pt tretment strtegies bse on clients' feebck n therpetic otcomes.
ocmenttion n Recor-Keeping
Mintin ccrte, timely, n confientil client recors, incling session notes, ssessments, n tretment plns, in complince with TS n ethicl stnrs.

Coorinte cre with other helthcre professionls when neee to ensre comprehensive tretment.

Report Preprtion: ssist in the preliminry preprtion of client reports by orgnizing t n smmrizing test scores.
