Licensed Therapist Position
Annual salary $82K for licensed therapists plus $8k first year bonus $72K annual salary for therapists under supervision plus $5K first year bonus Premium medical, dental & vision benefits with the ZeroCard Retirement Savings 403(b) plan with up to 6% employer match Life Insurance, short & long-term disability benefits Employee assistance, discount and wellness programs Student loan repayment program options Up to 34 Paid days off first year Agency provided professional development and CEUs Clinical Supervision for licensure provided Therapist will complete intakes on homeless individuals who qualify for services, documenting the assessment and treatment planning material as prescribed by the agency. Therapist will complete treatment plan updates as needed, provide crisis intervention when needed, and will provide individual counseling to HOT clients, as time permits. Therapist will provide about 10-12 hours of counseling per week. Therapist will complete monthly reports for PATH grant as necessary.
Requirements A Master’s degree in Social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school. Knowledge and experience in early childhood mental health, individual, group and family therapy. Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning. Must be licensed as an LSCW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma or under supervision for licensure. Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.

This model is characterized by innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges. Utilizing multi-disciplinary teams, staff work collaboratively to provide a coordinated effort to enhance client recovery. Robust CCBHC services often result in better client outcomes and quality of care due to: Increased access to care and crisis services Expanded traditional community mental health and substance use services. Added Care Coordination and physical health screening for mental health clients Greater access to Social Services for clients' economic and social needs Increased specialized services for veterans, those most in need, and those impacted by the opioid crisis. Education Masters or better in Counseling Psychology or related field. Masters or better in Social Work or related field.
