Job description
Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana's largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children-both uninsured and insured-integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Purpose:
To provide direct clinical and consultation services, documentation thereof, and participate in facility and program requirements and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Functions:
Provide excellent customer service/communication skills.
Demonstrate ability to utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office/Outlook, data entry and computer program applications as required.
Intake Interviewing (if applicable)/Assessment/Treatment Planning
Individual/Group/Family Therapy
Case Coordination/Crisis Intervention
Obtain third party authorizations
Progress notes/Clinical/Billing documentation completed, Electronic Medical Record
Risk Assessment
Requirements: MUST BE LICENSE ELIGIBLE

• MA/MS - Clinician (unlicensed, LAC, LSW) ($20.08 - $26.10)
• MA/MS/MSW, 1 year of experience, and a valid LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A - Clinician ($24.78 - $32.22)
• MSW, 2 years of experience, and a valid LCSW, LMHC - Clinician ($26.27 - $34.81)
