nn Job Summary:n

n We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive patient care, enhance functional recovery, and improve quality of life for diverse populations. This role involves delivering therapeutic interventions, assessments, and patient education within a dynamic healthcare setting.n

nn Responsibilities:n

n n Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs to develop individualized treatment plans.n

n Implement therapeutic interventions to promote optimal functional abilities and independence.n

n Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve therapeutic goals.n

n Document clinical findings, treatment activities, and patient progress accurately in accordance with regulatory standards.n

n Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure patient-centered services.n

n Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued progress.n

nn Qualifications:n

n n Possess a valid state or federal-issued identification for facility access.n

n Hold a current Occupational Therapy license or certification.n

n Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills.n

n Have strong communication and teamwork abilities.n

n Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.n

n Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings is preferred.n
