Job description

n Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients, supporting their recovery and functional independence through personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical setting.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Evaluate patients' physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.n
n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and medical recommendations.n
n Administer therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and daily living skills.n
n Document patient progress, update treatment plans, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.n
n Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities, equipment use, and recovery strategies.n
n Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold a valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice.n
n Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy.n
n Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.n
n Maintain CPR and BLS certifications.n
n Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
n Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.n
