Job Summary:
Providing specialized occupational therapy services to patients, ensuring optimal functional recovery and independence. This role involves implementing personalized treatment plans and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
Administer occupational therapy treatments according to established protocols.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed.
Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to improve daily functioning.
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient outcomes.
Adhere to facility policies regarding patient safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications: Hold a valid state occupational therapy license or certification.
Demonstrate clinical expertise in occupational therapy.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be adaptable to diverse patient populations and clinical settings.
Show ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings is preferred.
