Job description
$ /week -nn Job Summary:n
n Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting, ensuring quality care and adherence to clinical standards. Coordinate with team members to support patient recovery and independence.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Prioritize and schedule start of care visits to ensure timely patient service.n
n Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants to maintain treatment standards.n
n Complete and submit clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit.n
n Communicate promptly with supervisors, intake, and office staff regarding patient progress and scheduling needs.n
n Maintain compliance with documentation and clinical protocols as required.n
n Report and document patient assessments and treatment plans accurately.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Valid California Occupational Therapist License.n
n Minimum of one year experience in Home Health therapy.n
n Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple visits.n
n Excellent communication and documentation proficiency.n
n Ability to work independently within a team environment.n
n Basic knowledge of Kinnser documentation system.n
