n Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients, focusing on enhancing their ability to perform daily activities and improving their overall quality of life. This role emphasizes immediate support and patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Assess patients’ functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans.n
n Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.n
n Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.n
n Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.n
n Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques for ongoing support.n
n Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold an active state license as an Occupational Therapist.n
n Possess a relevant degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.n
n Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
n Have prior experience in a therapy setting preferred.n
n Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.n
