Job description

nn Job Summary:n
n Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to clients, focusing on improving their functional abilities and quality of life. Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs to develop appropriate treatment plans.n
n Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing clients’ daily living skills and independence.n
n Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.n
n Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued progress.n
n Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and patient outcomes accurately.n
n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold an active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.n
n Possess relevant educational credentials, such as a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.n
n Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.n
n Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse patient populations.n
n Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.n
n Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.n
