Job description
$ /week -nn Job Summary:n
n Provide essential therapeutic support to patients under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists. Assist in implementing treatment plans and facilitating patient progress throughout their recovery process.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Support occupational therapists by preparing patients and assisting with therapeutic activities.n
n Monitor and document patient responses and progress during therapy sessions.n
n Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and properly functioning.n
n Follow established treatment protocols and safety guidelines.n
n Communicate effectively with patients to promote comfort and cooperation.n
n Adhere to facility policies, including ID and badge requirements at all times.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Current certification or registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.n
n Proven experience supporting occupational therapy sessions in a healthcare setting.n
n Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and documentation procedures.n
n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.n
n Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.n
n Willingness to follow facility safety and ID policies.n
