Job description

Job Summary:
Provide compassionate and skilled occupational therapy assistance to patients, supporting their rehabilitation and mobility goals. Collaborate with licensed therapists to implement treatment plans and promote patient recovery.
Responsibilities:
Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering patient-centered care.
Prepare treatment areas and assemble necessary equipment for therapy sessions.
Support patients in performing therapeutic activities and exercises.
Observe and document patient responses to therapy interventions.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of therapy environments.
Follow all facility protocols and infection control procedures.
Qualifications:
Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Comply with facility policies regarding identification and safety protocols.
Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and variable caseloads.
