Call for Salary Rate -nn Job Summary:n
n Seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide exceptional rehabilitative care in inpatient rehab or acute care units. This role involves collaborates with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes across diverse clinical settings.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Administer occupational therapy treatments to patients in inpatient rehab or acute care units.n
n Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.n
n Document patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly to meet treatment goals.n
n Supervise and mentor students or less experienced staff as needed.n
n Ensure compliance with all licensure, certification, and facility protocols.n
n Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold or qualify for Oklahoma licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.n
n Possess current NBCOT certification and BLS (AHA) certification.n
n Demonstrate recent clinical experience, including traveler roles, within the past year.n
n Have proficient skills in documentation, treatment planning, and clinical procedures relevant to inpatient rehab and acute care.n
n Be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.n
n Accept new graduates with relevant clinical externships and coursework.n
