Job description

Job Summary:
Provide skilled occupational therapy assistant services to clients to support their rehabilitation and daily living activities. Collaborate with the occupational therapy team to implement treatment plans and enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapeutic interventions.
Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
Document patient progress and report any changes or concerns.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies during all procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and equipment.
Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings is preferred.
