Job description

n The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and functional ability. They will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver tailored rehabilitative services, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Assess patient needs and establish individualized treatment goals.n
n Design and implement therapeutic interventions based on clinical evaluations.n
n Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.n
n Educate patients and their families on exercises and care techniques.n
n Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.n

nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold an active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license.n
n Possess a valid state license or be eligible to practice in the designated location.n
n Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting.n
n Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.n
n Ensure adherence to documentation and confidentiality standards.n
n Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.n
