n Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care and treatment services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy programs to improve patient outcomes.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Assess patients’ physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.n
n Implement therapeutic interventions to support recovery and mobility.n
n Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.n
n Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.n
n Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care.n
n Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and injury prevention.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.n
n Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.n
n Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.n
n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
n Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.n
n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.n
