n Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide quality rehabilitative care. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans and supporting patient recovery efforts.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Evaluate patient physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.n
n Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.n
n Monitor and document patient progress regularly.n
n Educate patients and families on therapy routines and preventative care.n
n Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.n
n Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold a valid state or federal license as a Physical Therapist.n
n Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.n
n Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.n
n Have at least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.n
n Be able to pass background checks and comply with facility policies.n
