Job description
$ /week -nn Job Summary:n
n Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, helping them recover mobility and function. Ensure treatment plans are effectively implemented and monitored to promote optimal outcomes.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.n
n Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions tailored to patient needs.n
n Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments accordingly.n
n Educate patients and family members on therapy exercises and injury prevention.n
n Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.n
n Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.n
n Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.n
n Demonstrate previous experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.n
n Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.n
n Ability to assess and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.n
n Familiar with documentation and electronic health record systems.n
