Job Summary:
This Physical Therapist position involves providing outpatient therapy services with an emphasis on compliance and documentation requirements. The role supports patient recovery and functional improvement through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional capacity.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain active licensure and stay updated with current clinical practices.
Qualifications: Hold an active Physical Therapy license.
Demonstrate experience in outpatient therapy settings.
Possess strong documentation and compliance skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Be available to start by October 1st to qualify for a completion bonus.
