Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing treatment plans to improve mobility and function. Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and documentation requirements.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient condition through comprehensive assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
Execute therapy sessions utilizing established techniques and modalities to promote recovery.
Document patient progress accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care plans.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols during therapy sessions.
Maintain active licensure and credentials, ensuring compliance with certification requirements.
Qualifications: Hold an active and valid physical therapy license.
Possess previous experience in clinical physical therapy, preferably with documentation and equipment knowledge.
Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical skills relevant to diverse patient populations.
Exhibit excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Be proficient in managing multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
