Job description
$ /week -nn Job Summary:n
n Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patient outcomes.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess patient needs and establish treatment goals.n
n Develop and execute individualized care plans based on clinical assessments and best practices.n
n Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and document clinical interventions accurately.n
n Participate in team conferences, discharge planning, and quality improvement initiatives.n
n Ensure adherence to unit policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.n
n Foster a compassionate, patient-centered approach while promoting rehabilitation progress.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold a valid Texas state license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.n
n Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute hospital settings.n
n Possess strong clinical skills in evaluation, treatment, and care planning.n
n Have proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably Meditech.n
n Be adaptable to floating to different units as needed.n
n Exhibit excellent communication and collaborative team skills.n
