Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitative care. The ideal candidate will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy programs to restore optimal physical function.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities to improve mobility and functionality.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications: Hold an active and valid Physical Therapist license.
Possess a degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
Have experience in evaluating and treating a variety of musculoskeletal or neurological conditions.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Show proficiency in using therapy equipment and documenting clinical notes.
