Job description

n Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, assisting in their recovery and improving mobility. Deliver patient-centered care by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Assess patients' physical conditions and establish appropriate therapy goals.n
n Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.n
n Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function.n
n Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.n
n Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home programs.n
n Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold an active physical therapy license.n
n Demonstrate experience in setting and managing treatment plans.n
n Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.n
n Exhibit proficiency in utilizing therapeutic equipment and techniques.n
n Have reliable clinical documentation skills.n
n Be available to work in a day shift schedule.n
