Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitative services. The role entails delivering personalized therapy care to enhance patient recovery and functional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
Educate patients and their families on treatment purposes and home exercises.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications: Hold a valid License as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
Have at least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience preferred.
Exhibit excellent communication and patient education abilities.
