Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care services in a dynamic healthcare setting. The candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine treatment needs.
Develop and adjust personalized therapy plans based on patient progress.
Administer physical therapy interventions using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards for patient care and safety.
Qualifications: Valid state or federal licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Proven experience in delivering physical therapy services.
Strong knowledge of current therapeutic techniques and modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to comply with identification and personnel policies, including wearing a photo badge.
Flexibility to work scheduled days, including Monday through Friday.
