Job Summary:
We are seeking a certified Vestibular Physical Therapist to join the Neurological Outpatient Rehab Unit. The role focuses on providing specialized vestibular rehabilitation services to patients with neurological conditions, requiring demonstrated expertise in this area.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' vestibular and balance function to develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer evidence-based vestibular rehabilitation interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress in compliance with organizational standards by the established deadline.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and facilitate rehabilitation goals.
Participate in manager interviews and contribute to candidate selection processes.
Adhere to scheduled shift hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, working eight-hour days.
Qualifications: Hold current certification as a Physical Therapist with documented vestibular rehabilitation experience.
Demonstrate proven skillset in vestibular and neurological rehab services.
Possess strong documentation and organizational skills to meet documentation deadlines.
Exhibit excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
Maintain current licensure appropriate for the state of practice.
Show ability to work effectively within a team environment.
