Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, ensuring effective treatment and rehabilitation based on individual needs. Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement therapeutic plans and promote patient recovery.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patient mobility and function.
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
Document treatment sessions and clinical observations accurately.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and activity modifications.
Qualifications: Hold an active physical therapy license and provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking.
Demonstrate experience in setting up and managing therapy sessions effectively.
Maintain compliance with credentialing and licensing requirements.
Possess strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work day shifts during holiday weeks.
