Job description

n Provide supportive physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist patients in improving mobility and recovery. Deliver hands-on care, execute treatment plans, and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.n
n Deliver therapeutic interventions, including exercises and manual therapy techniques.n
n Observe, record, and report patient responses and progress to the supervising therapist.n
n Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to infection control protocols.n
n Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and adjust therapy as needed.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Certified or licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant.n
n Proven experience providing physical therapy support in a clinical setting.n
n Ability to follow detailed clinical instructions and protocols.n
n Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.n
n Competent in documenting patient progress accurately and timely.n
