Job description

Job Summary:
Provide supportive physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist patients in improving mobility and recovery. Deliver hands-on care, execute treatment plans, and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
Deliver therapeutic interventions, including exercises and manual therapy techniques.
Observe, record, and report patient responses and progress to the supervising therapist.
Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and adjust therapy as needed.
Qualifications:
Certified or licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Proven experience providing physical therapy support in a clinical setting.
Ability to follow detailed clinical instructions and protocols.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Competent in documenting patient progress accurately and timely.
