Job description

Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients. Ensure the delivery of quality care and support patient recovery efforts under supervision.
Responsibilities:
Support the physical therapist in implementing treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and record observations.
Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
Educate patients on exercises and therapies prescribed.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA or equivalent).
Proven experience supporting physical therapy patients.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
