Job description
Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Deliver quality rehabilitative care to support patient recovery and improve functional mobility during a 13-week assignment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Support patients during therapeutic exercises and activities.
Monitor patient responses and report progress to the supervising therapist.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
Ensure clinical areas and equipment are sanitized and organized.
Adhere to compliance and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential.
Proven experience assisting in outpatient or healthcare settings.
Strong understanding of rehabilitative procedures and modalities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Knowledge of documentation and compliance requirements.
