Job description

Job Summary:
Assist physical therapists in delivering patient care by providing treatment plans, exercises, and therapy sessions. Support patient rehabilitation efforts to promote mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the physical therapist.
Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve recovery outcomes.
Document patient progress and update treatment records accurately.
Prepare treatment areas and assist with equipment setup for therapy sessions.
Monitor patient responses during therapy and report any concerns to the therapist.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
Proven experience working as a PTA in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of patient rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
