Job description

Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists. Support rehabilitation programs to promote patient recovery and functional improvement.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by licensed therapists.
Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is properly sterilized.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and care routines.
Maintain accurate records of therapy activities and patient responses.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
Proven experience assisting in physical therapy settings.
Strong understanding of rehabilitation procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and patient service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
