Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans to promote patient recovery and mobility. Support patient care through various therapeutic activities and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
Responsibilities:
Support physical therapists in delivering patient-centered treatments and therapy sessions.
Prepare and assemble therapy equipment and materials for daily treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and document responses to therapy interventions.
Educate patients and caregivers on post-treatment exercises and pain management techniques.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant therapy environment in accordance with facility standards.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Valid state or federal issued identification required.
Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient safety protocols.
Exhibit strong communication skills and compassionate patient interaction.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare setting.
