Job description

Job Summary:
Provide supportive physical therapy services under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function. Assist in implementing treatment plans and monitor patient responses to therapy interventions.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in delivering therapeutic treatments such as exercise, massage, gait and balance training.
Record and document patients' progress and responses to treatment sessions.
Report patient progress, treatment outcomes, and any concerns to the supervising physical therapist.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
Support patients in performing prescribed exercises and activities to promote recovery.
Qualifications:
Hold an active TX or Compact State License as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Have at least 2 years of PTA experience in a clinical setting.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to follow treatment plans.
Possess current CPR certification.
Be able to work effectively under supervision and collaborate with healthcare team members.
Exhibit attention to detail and strong clinical skills.
