Call for Salary Rate -
Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients. Support treatment plans and ensure the delivery of quality therapy services to promote patient recovery and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with therapists to implement patient treatment plans effectively.
Prepare treatment areas and equipment to ensure readiness before patient sessions.
Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
Educate patients on exercises and activities to support their recovery.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment in compliance with healthcare standards.
Support in administrative tasks related to patient care documentation.
Qualifications:
Certified or licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Proven experience supporting physical rehabilitation programs.
Strong knowledge of therapeutic procedures and patient care techniques.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and educate patients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated attention to detail and patient confidentiality.
