Job description

Job Summary:
Provide therapeutic support to patients under the supervision of licensed physical therapists. Assist in implementing treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.
Responsibilities:
Support physical therapists in administering patient assessments and developing treatment strategies.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising therapist.
Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions.
Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of therapy equipment and treatment areas.
Qualifications:
Possess a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification as required by state regulations.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have prior experience in a clinical or outpatient therapy setting preferred.
Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Be able to work effectively within a team to deliver patient-centered care.
