Job description

Job Summary:
Assist patients in their rehabilitation and recovery by providing evidence-based physical therapy support under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Ensure patient safety and progress through personalized treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Implement prescribed treatment plans to promote patient recovery and mobility.
Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapies.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery.
Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications:
Hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license or credential.
Possess relevant clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or acute care settings.
Demonstrate strong communication and patient engagement skills.
Exhibit knowledge of therapeutic techniques, modalities, and documentation standards.
Be available for a 13-week assignment with 30 hours guaranteed per week, starting as soon as possible.
