Job description

Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and providing quality patient care. Support patient recovery through therapeutic exercises and modalities, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and execute patient treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and report updates accurately to the supervising therapist.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, modalities, and mobility activities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
Document patient interactions and treatment details in compliance with facility standards.
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
State licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
Proven ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols and documentation procedures.
Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
