Job description

Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care through therapeutic interventions and exercises. Support patient recovery and improve mobility by implementing treatment plans under supervision.
Responsibilities:
Implement prescribed therapeutic techniques and exercises for patients.
Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
Assist in preparing treatment areas and maintaining equipment.
Educate patients on exercises and therapies to promote recovery.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with safety and facility protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
Proven experience working in a clinical physical therapy setting.
Strong understanding of therapy techniques and patient care standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules.
