Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients' needs
Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment
Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team , creating life-changing outcomes for patients
Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community
Qualifications
What We're Looking For: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Valid state license
Ability to work flexible hours , including weekends if needed
Experience in acute care, long-term care , or rehabilitation is a bonus, but not required!
