Job description
$ /week -nn Job Summary:n
n Provide advanced respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients in a hospital setting. Ensure optimal patient outcomes by delivering high-quality respiratory therapy services in a critical care environment.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Administer respiratory treatments, including ventilator management and aerosol therapies.n
n Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies accordingly to ensure safety and effectiveness.n
n Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.n
n Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient progress, and interventions.n
n Operate and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment, including Ventilators and high-flow oxygen devices.n
n Follow hospital policies and safety guidelines to provide a secure environment for patients.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Hold a valid North Carolina Respiratory License.n
n Possess an active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential.n
n Maintain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.n
n Have at least 2 years of critical care respiratory therapy experience.n
n Demonstrate proficiency with advanced ventilator management and neonatal/pediatric respiratory procedures.n
n Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.n
