Job description

nn Job Summary:n
n Providing specialized respiratory care to adult patients in a fast-paced clinical environment, the Respiratory Therapist will manage ventilator settings, monitor patient response, and support clinical staff. This is a 13-week travel contract with daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.n
nn Responsibilities:n
n n Administer respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and ventilator management.n
n Monitor patient conditions, interpret critical data, and adjust therapy plans accordingly.n
n Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement individualized care plans.n
n Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic medical records.n
n Maintain proper equipment functionality and adhere to safety protocols.n
n Follow all facility policies, including ACLS, BLS, and other relevant certifications.n
nn Qualifications:n
n n Possess current ACLS, BLS, and RRT certification for adult patient care.n
n Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in ICU, NICU, or PICU settings.n
n Exhibit strong clinical skills in ventilator management and oxygen therapy.n
n Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.n
n Ability to work effectively within a high-pressure environment.n
n Be eligible to work in the United States with proper licensure.n
